
Phillip V. Reber, Sr. (Butch), 85, of Williamsport, passed away at Rose View Center on Monday, May 16, 2022. Phillip and his wife, the former Ruth L. Heim, were married in 1954 and celebrated 67 years together.
Phillip was born in 1936 and was the son of Paul and Christine (Curchoe) Reber.
He was employed by Avco, now Textron, for over 30 years as a welder. Phillip enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling, and working on cars. He was a member of the Army National Guard.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, Phillip V. (Laurie) Reber, Jr. of Cogan Station, Boyd R. Reber of Cogan Station, Paul F. (Brandy Fisher) Reber of Allenwood; three daughters, Pamela Ravell of VA, Beatrice Jo (Jim) Reed of VA, Lynn (Myrl) Kibbe of Trout Run; and many grandchildren.
He is predeceased by his brother, Robert Reber, and his sister, Evelyn Cole.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
